Sophrology, did you say "my better self"?

Actually yes, how could I mention this method, or should I say this combination of methods and techniques without feeling any enthusiasm?

 

Since I discovered this discipline, Sophrology became an encounter with myself, an exploration, a way to tap into my own resources. These inner resources that are reachable without continuing to hammer home "I am fine, everything is fine!"

 

Over time, through regular practices, we relax, we realize that "we have a body" -this body that continues to operate while the mind is being distracted by the thoughts- we also learn to breath!

 

The day-to-day life becomes the barometer, not so much of this change, but of this evolution: My better self, that's right!

 

Graduated from the French and Swiss Academy of Sophrology, I decided to share this activity with you, either to enjoy a moment of relaxation of to emerge the resources that you already possess but for which you lost the key to reach them.
